At Shea Butter Drip, every product is handcrafted with intention and packaged with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your order ships.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During high-volume seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship through trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local (Edmonton & Alberta): 2–5 business days

  • Canada-wide: 3–10 business days

  • USA: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time—follow us on Instagram @sheabutterdrip to stay updated.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Shea Butter Drip is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address cannot be refunded. If your package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


Warm Weather Shipping (Summer Months)

Because our whipped shea butters are heat-sensitive, they may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, place the jar in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to re-solidify.
